With a TON of rafting companies offering the same experience, my family of four could not be happier Downstream. These guys are a smaller outfit. And honestly, it made all the difference. It felt more personal. When we launched, the team of two got us in the water quickly (ahead of the larger companies flotilla). The river was low but our expert river guide, Mar, got us through some tricky spots. It was obvious she was the real-deal when I watched others further behind us struggle in the areas we cruised through. I highly recommend Downstream Adventures!

Great time on the Colorado river Last week we went on a half day rafting adventure on the Colorado river (since Clear Creek, our original trip, was not available due to low water levels). Our guide, Dillon, was great. He told us interesting stories and facts as we floated down the river. We did a beginner level and it was very relaxing, with just a few small rapids. We saw birds and a big horn sheep on the shore. I highly recommend Downstream Adventures.

Our guide (Marissa) was phenomenal! She made it the best rafting trip we have ever been on!

A wonderful adventure on the Arkansas River, downstream from Browns Canyon because of low flows. Fortunately our guide Russell and the Downstream staff choose the proper raft for our small group (just 3 of us). We were smaller, lighter and shallower than the other groups on the river, thus avoiding getting constantly hung up on rocks and shallows. Good work! We flew past the others, combining great fun with gorgeous views. Well Done!
