Our Clear Creek Rafting Trips
Directions from Steamboat Springs to Clear Creek
Traveling east or west on I-70, take exit 232 and follow US-40 West to the town of Empire. We are in the second building on your right as you enter Empire. Map services such as Google Maps may recommend that you use the address: 409 Park Avenue, Idaho Springs, CO. This isn’t our official address, but it (somehow) takes you to the right spot.
The total trip time should be about 2 hours 15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. It is important to arrive at our base 30 minutes before your scheduled trip time in order to sign waivers and get changed. I-70 can have heavy traffic, so it is best to check travel conditions when planning your drive.
Directions from Steamboat Springs To Colorado River
Kremmling is a straight shot down Highway 40 from Steamboat Springs. Leaving Steamboat Springs, you will take US-40 East for approximately 50 miles. Use the address: 200 W Park Ave, Kremmling, CO 80459. As you enter the town of Kremmling, we are the red building on the right after the Kremmling Mercantile. There is a very large flag pole in our parking lot that can be used as a landmark.
